for infinia credit limit is 10 lakhs for current credit card and spend should be 8 lakhs in last 6 months
since upgrade via this condition is paused since mid of this year wanted to know if there is any similar condition for DCBM as well, as i have tried upgrading through salary criteria as i am eligible but they denied

1. is there a way to get DCBM based on spend in last 6 months and current credit card limit? what would these criteria be?
2. upgrade to DCBM is also paused like infinia?

Have you escalated the issue to PNO? If you are eligible on the basis of salary they shouldn't deny.

Write a mail that my salary is ____ and as per the eligibility criteria mentioned on the website I am eligible for DCBM. Accordingly please upgrade the card or otherwise ai shall be forced to file a complaint with RBIO.

They have written in the reply itself, that if grievance issue is not resolved according to my satisfaction, the write to RBIO
