Today I have purchased Amazon pay gift card from Amazon with Axis Ace.Then I have called Customer Care to know the MCC code,they said it's 5399.

This code is in the Hdfc swiggy inclusion list.So we should get 5% cashback for Apay Gift card.

Please confirm those who are using.

Strange thing noticed. After payment I got this in sms :

But in email It says AMAZON PAY INDIA PRIVA

In otp sms it was amazon pay

Not sure why in sms & email both are different

Hopefully I will get 5% cb

This means mcc might have changed. As your's was actual purchase, you can try raising a complain.

I did...and after a few exchanges including invoice and other docs they agreed to give.
