HDFC Swiggy card LTF offer

Swiggy is showing me today that the HDFC Swiggy card is LTF for me. But the thing is I closed my only HDFC card i.e. business moneyback card in January 2025. So, it has not been 6 months.

I just want an HDFC card for sale offers. Should I take a chance and apply for the card. Is it pre-approved? Will they ask for income documents? If so, I won't apply as I cannot give income proof.

I have other good cards like cashback sbi, airtel Axis, amazon icici. What should I do?

Hi all. Swiggy App is showing me LTF HDFC credit card but the issue is it has different phone number than the number registered with the HDFC Bank having salary account. And there is no such offer on account linked with that number. When I applied through the different number, HDFC rejected it saying internal policy and RM is saying it is because you have different number linked with the bank. What to do in this case as I don't want to loose the LTF offer bring the regular user of SWIGGY. Please guide 🙏

Try changing the number registered with the bank

try to write an email to credit card department explaining the issue and request to reconsider. If you get unsatisfactory response, try the same with nodal officer. Just keep trying.

You can change mobile number in swiggy. But that might refresh your LTF offer. You can also ask them to reconsider the application via mail.
