Hdfc Swiggy CC Rewards Blunder

In my last statement period, I did cumulative of ₹30,500 transactions on Amazon and flipkart.. For that i received 1500 cb.. After that i did a transaction of ₹18700(Mcc - 5712 under 5% cb category). For this transaction i got 0 cb. As i expected atleast 1% cb, called customer care and asked the same, the customer executive told me that after cb capping completed you will receive 0 cb under the same category transaction.. Is this the same with all Credit cards or happening only with Swiggy card...

No, for example, SBI CB gives a total of 5000 CB including both 5% and 1% categories.
But in the case of Apay, it gives 5% unlimited CB in amazon for Prime and unlimited 1% for all other transactions

HSBC Live+ has similar terms. No rewards post the capping in 10% category.
Axis Airtel too has similar terms. No rewards post the capping in 25%, 10%, 10% categories.

In Axis Airtel finding category is easy. But in Swiggy CC there is so many category restrictions and finding them before transaction is difficult..

You won't get any cashback after you have spend 20k (1000 RPs Capping) on selected merchant.
This is same for all cards having cap on selected merchant.

hdfc millennia also doesn't fetch any reward point after completing 1000rp under 5% and 1000rp under 1%.

I would suggest getting SBI CB 5000 CB per month is enough for a normal person. Also after that, you can use ICICI Apay for unlimited 1% or Axis Ace for 1.5%. Swiggy card has lot of exclusions it is difficult to check everytime before spending

If I have swiggy HDFC on one mobile number, can we use that same cc, on other swiggy accounts and still get rewards ?

Or only we get 10% on same mobile number swiggy account ?
