You can see option to apply for it in mycards.hdfcbank.com after first statement.

Else check in payz app.

Elseif escalate to hdfc cc, they may try to update & give an option to apply from the backend.

I got an option to show intrest i clicked on it and they said we'll reach out to you but its been 20 days since then

Yes. Just double check merchant name when paying and ensure it is not AMAZON GIFT CARD.

Yeah but was saying in case if I have to return some orders I can get it to credit in Amazon wallet instead... Also, I checked while purchasing gift card and it's written merchant name - Amazon Pay and in some cases Amazon IN or amazon.in so will I get cb in all these cases?
