HDFC Tata infinity credit card is not providing discount on Amazon but Tata neu plus card does

HDFC credit cards and few other bank credit cards are giving discount on Amazon up to 1250 Rs (10%) from 25/01/2024 to 28/01/2024. Tata neu plus and other HDFC credit cards are giving discount except Tata neu infinity card. Tried re adding, tried on other Amazon account, tried other's Tata neu infinity card in my Amazon account but result is negative. Have you people facing this issue? Let me know if you people got any resolution.

Delete your saved card and re-add.

May be as card was saved earlier I got discount due to glitch mostly. My Infinity card was not saved.

So the lesson learnt this evening:
Don’t delete the already saved Tata Neu cards in Amazon account.. it may be helpful in future…


Note: I wonder what happens at the time of payment screen I.e before entering OTP

Bhaiyo i wanted to change my tata infinity visa to rupay variant ? is there any disadvantage of doing the same ? Are there any advantages of keeping visa variant over rupay ? My reason of shifting to rupay is only for getting cashback on UPI payment. Rest all the benefits are the same in both variants as far as i know.

Yes, the offer is applicable on my Tata Neu Infinity card.. and I assume it will also work with TataNeu Plus card..
