How to know HDFC User ID/Customer ID for CC only users who do not have any bank account with them

Did that but that way I'm generating User ID which is alphanumeric but Customer ID seems to be numeric only. Without the numerical Customer ID I can't login to HDFC Bank phonebanking app. That app seems to be only for saving account holders.

Currently no phone banking app is available for card only users. You can use netbanking or my cards portal.

Only cc user can't use mobile app. Have to use my cards portal. It is similar to mobile app and can be saved directly on home screen just as a mobile app. It is a progressive web app.
