Got HDFC Millenia pre-approved, a first time HDFC user

Got call from HDFC and they said I am eligible for credit card. I asked them if it is Millenia & LTF, I am ready to apply right now. They said yes, you have that card pre-approved as LTF. Got the card today. Since this is my first thing with HDFC banking (I have no bank account), I have few questions:

1) I can access MyCards App in phone but for net banking it asks userID to register my credit card. When I proceed with the 'forgot user ID' steps, it shows no user ID can be extracted/retrieved. All the documents in the courier does not have nay user ID/customer ID. How can I know my user ID/customer ID?
2) I asked them in the verification call whether I can get Rupay, they said t's VISA variant which is pre-approved for you. But what have I received is Diner's Club, no VISA nor Mastercard. What is this Diner's club? Never heard of it. Will it work in all online and offline transactions? (it seems like its related to food/restaurants, but I don't eat at restaurants much)
3) How long should I wait before converting this to Rupay variant (as I am planning to link it to my UPI)?
4) Please share how can I use this card to pay other CC bills by loading wallets and get cashback & which digital wallet works well this Diner's Club variant?
5) Can we change billing cycle ourselves or we contacting customer care is the only option?

They used to call me then and there for last 4-5 months, I kept rejecting, but after discovering TechnoFino I decided to buy cards if it is LTF. They collected the documents in WhatsApp but requested me to tell agent came to my home in verification call. First it was C2C, but then they said C2C is not applicable when working from home because they can't use my company name in the application under corporate channel and asked me for last 3 months payslip and another CC's last 2 month e-statement.
Is it safe to provide documents to an agent on Whatsapp?

I want to apply for a LTF HDFC CC, receiving calls from them and I keep rejecting it because they're asking for the documents on Whatsapp. Also, I have a concern if they can provide any other CC instead of asking for Millenia or Regalia?

I don't have direct answer. But for me its the same person who keeps calling me for card (she kept saying her name as intro). She said her name every time she called. Then truecaller showed verified badge everytime I received the call. I earlier had casual conversation with her asking about the benefits. So, I had some trust.

And I remember, once I had rejected the same card because it was paid, so they came back offering me it as LTF, I don't know. For me, she said only Millenia is pre-approved and for other cards, I need to apply elsewhere.

Apply offline through branch. Ask for CC desk and CC sales manager (SM) in a branch. Apply through C2C or key corporate employee method. This is called surrogate sourcing in HDFC internal communication. 2. any one came for personal verification to your home or office directly ?
3. How many days it took for get approved mail or message after acknowledge message with application reference number ?
4. Did you confirmed with customer care that your card is whether LTF or NOT after approved or delivered ?

1) Yes it had. True caller profile had too

2) No one came to my home.

3) Sent documents on Monday morning. Verification call received on Tuesday 2:40PM. They said I will receive and SMS in few hrs and I need to reply to that within 2 hrs. I received SMS at around 5:45PM, replied and got application acknowledgement SMS in ~30 mins. (SMS screenshot attached). Got the Card today (Sunday)

4) I asked the agent who called me first that I want the card only if it is lifetime free and for second confirmation I said, the website shows ₹1000 joining fees and ₹1000 annual fees, it should be free of both. She said yes it is life time free. Asked the same again with the verifier, she too confirmed the same. When I asked about welcome benefits, billing cycle change, VISA to Rupay change time period, etc., she (the verification agent) said that after I activate the card, a person from bank will call me on working days and explain about features of the card and I can ask my doubts. Since today is Sunday, I will wait till tomorrow 4PM and if I don't receive a call, I will customer care myself and confirm billing cycle, LTF, etc doubts..
