Help! Errors in Travel Edge Portal - 4549 4522

People are able to transfer miles from travel edge. So it doesnt look like transfer is impacted because of miles downtime. We can infer from this that issue will not be resolved even after 17th July as traveledge and downtime are not corelated to each other. Axis is such a shit show!

Yes, I am able to transfer points however still stuck with the issue of 100% edge miles not available. Can you plz share MD's email. Same case for me. PNO is clueless.

However, MD desk will just give standard replies we are looking into it. So try your luck. I have given up and will close my card next month. Will not consider any future relationship with this shitty bank.

It just another ordinary desk.. They will say 3 days and issue will be open

Been like this for a month . While all txn miles which gets credited are available !!

When it comes to Axis Bank follow up we need lot of patience

GOOD NEWS! - Vacations are Over for Axis Now

I was also getting error 4549 till today morning.

It's gone now. Just initiated a transfer of milestone Miles.

But no new credit of miles/points since 10th July.

 

Yes, its resolved now.
Feeling empty now.
Axis , pls create some new problems so that we should remain busy in this forum.🤣🤣🤣

Maybe tomorrow they will credit all pending miles
Or as u said tomorrow they send mail to all asking for invoices to the pending miles 😄😁
