Help for failed transaction on Mobikwik.

Cc bill payment of 1518rs failed on mobikwik on 21st feb.Transaction was done with hdfc platinum dc.The refund is still not credited.Did anyone face this issue before?

Also, for the failed 1518rs transaction I received 1% rp and even after receiving the refund that 15.18rps didn't get reversed.

was that 1% CB reversed? and how many days mobikwik took to refund your money?

Today, 2 of my transactions failed back to back with the same error. Not sure what's the issue. Have already done 57K payment on 2nd May, no issues encountered.

HDFC 1% Cashback once credited, doesn't get reversed for failed transactions.

Even Smartbuy Cashback doesn't get reversed.

lagataar 2 fail hue same error se "err_connection_refused". Pehla transaction 20K ka tha AU CC m dal raha tha, 2nd 5K ka tha HDFC m dal raha tha.

Different debit card bhi use kiye per transaction, MasterCard Easyshop Platinum & Visa Easyshop Platinum.

pata nahi kya chal raha h inke end per. mujhe iss month 1 lakh ki payments or karni h.

Always try with small amount. If transaction is succesfully completed, then pay big amount using Mobikwik as there is always a chance for transaction failure in Mobikwik

bohot ajeeb app h mobis*it. pehle to failed transaction ka ata pata hi nahi lag raha tha. history m koi record nahi tha uska. Fir customer care se baat ki to bole pending h. fir 30 mins m jakr history m reflect hui and refund to source account.

aapke case m card m payment dalne ke time fail hua tha? mtlb pehle successful hua and uske baad fail?

kyunki mere case m ye pehle hi fail ho gaya.

third party payment m kisi kisi merchant pe phle wallet m add hota hai and then wallet se merchant ko transfer.

Kisi kisi merchant pe direct merchant ko transfer hota hai.

Same here. got 1 transaction failed and 1 refund. failed transaction was not showing in history also. Called cc and agent said its pending. now it shows in history.
Can anyone explain what will happen to these transactions.
