Hello everyone,
Before I mention my query, I want to say that indusind is the worst bank period. They have age old systems and they have the worst customer care.
Now for my issue:
With my legend card, I had opened a indus advantage savings account about 12 months ago.

Now that RBI complaint is pending even after they have solved the app issue because they don't want to give me compensation
Admist this, I wanted to make use of the free select account for my CC bills. So I went to my local branch to open the account.
They took 1L IP and said they'll open it in 4 days.
It's been over 12 days now , they have not yet unblocked the funds.
I can see the account on my app and the funds which means the account is open but I can't use it as the funds are blocked.
The branch head tells me : you have an open complaint which is why we are not getting approval for opening this account. What a load of nonsense?
What connection does that have with this? And they had said they will open it after I mentioned that to them also.
He said he'll try again on Monday and if he can't, he's asking me to CLOSE THE ACCOUNT.
What should be my next course of action? I'm considering raising another RBI complaint. Is that the right approach?
