Help me choosing Credit Card for Insurance Payment

I am having 90,000 payment of insurance coming in next quarter, should I choose Scapia Card and get 2% coins or HDFC Millenia with 1% cashback, and 1000₹ quarterly spend coupon on spending 1 lakh?

Go with HDFC Millennia for this payment. It gives a straight 1% cashback on insurance (₹900 on ₹90,000) and also helps hit the ₹1 lakh quarterly milestone for an extra ₹1,000 voucher with just ₹10k more spend that quarter.
Scapia’s 2% coins usually don’t apply clearly on insurance and even if they did, redemption is travel‑locked, so it’s not as reliable for this use case.
