Help me plan an itinerary for Mumbai

Ah yes it is their fault
Actually yes, and mine too. They were not following norms, outlet was 100% full at dinner time. As per prevailing norms at that time it should not have been more than 50% occupied. My mistake, I still went ahead and had dinner there - although sitting alone in one table.

Well there’s no problem of the kind as of now so it should be fine everywhere

Any good veg only restaruants in south bombay?
1. Crystal - If you are into sabzi-roti/parathas and Punjabi food with a homemade taste. Their mooli paratha and baigan bharta are legendary. This isn't directly searchable on Google Maps because this relocated recently but here is the location https://maps.app.goo.gl/RxKaQMq1ZF9cM2Df7
2. New Yorker at Charni Road, Relish at Churchgate and Spesso at Nariman Point - If you are into Italian/Mexican/American/South Asian food for Indian palates.
3. If you like desserts go to Sukh Sagar Juice Center at Charni Rd and get their Royal Falooda. It is a bit pricey (I think it is around Rs 275).

Today will be my first day in Mumbai. Any last tips/tricks?
- Local trains though seem scary are the fastest and most efficient ways to travel long distances between North-South Mumbai. Just ensure you are not travelling North > South during morning peak hours (8-10 am) and South > North during evening peak hours (5-9 pm). There are AC local trains too which are much cheaper than an Uber. Never get down from a non-stationary train in the opposite direction. Do not try to catch a moving train because you'll get another one in 5 mins.

- If you like walking and can walk a couple of kilometres then do walk all the way from CSMT station to the end of Nariman Point during the evening (post 5 pm). The walk from Churchgate station will even be shorter. Get a chilled Urja Pineapple flavoured milk from the shop near the end of Nariman Pt manned by an verbally challenged guy.

- If you are into masala Hindi movies go catch one of those Singham Again / Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 movies at Regal at the beginning of Colaba Causeway / next to CSM Museum. Take Balcony/Dress Circle seats to avoid the somewhat rowdy crowd in the Stalls. The theatre is beautiful, huge and their caramel popcorn at Rs 100 is heavenly and the rowdy crowd below will show you how a masala movie is enjoyed. Try to let the crowd dissipate before entering / exiting the theatre. Not that it is unsafe but it can get crowded.
