Sorry bro , my card got approved without these mails.
May be now recently they have introduced these kind of procedures.
Since they have mentioned card is approved , you might be getting a message soon "WELCOME TO STANDARD CHARTERED".
STANDARD CHARTERED is very poor is sending the tracking details , from this message , 3 to 4 days your card will be delivered bro.

I received EKYC link and did the same day, they said they will share VKYC link and its been 6-7 working days no update, no proper status tracking available, anywhere and by the way just like I was requested to forward document to the same e-mail shankarraj from sc bank.
If you have any progress update here, am thinking of not proceeding further should have applied offline,
