Issue Resolved Help on Radisson stay

Hi Everyone,
I have booked a stay in Radisson property in Hyderabad through smart buy. I'm already a VIP member in Radisson loyalty program.
Is I'm still consider as a VIP status?

Normal Benefits (if booked Radisson App/website)
1.free breakfast for 2
2.Early check-in &Late check-out
3.express ironing

Can I expect the same benefits in upcoming stay.

Guidence appreciated.

As per https://www.radissonhotels.com/en-us/rewards/faq, you won't get anything.
You can try requesting during check in.

Try asking them to link the stay with your Rewards account over an email. If linked, then maybe the system can trigger

Usually hotel chains do not give any membership perks for rooms booked via OTAs. It is only applicable for direct bookings from their website or app

Thanks for the replies mates. OTA Reservation was linked to Radisson with help of Radisson Twitter handle. Vip status benefits will apply. Free breakfast included for both as of now. Not sure about the reward points earn per stay. Will update you soon.

Its good that u got it linked before hand.. i was in a similar situation with smartbuy booking for Park Inn and was denied status benefits on check in due to OTA booking..

Last month i stayed @ Radisson, Country Inns, Manipal (Udupi). Booked directly on their website as VIP member. Below are benefits received as requested during booking form. Best of service provided.

1. 20% discount booster applied on top of lowest price. (from 7k to 5.6 per night)
2. free room upgrade from superior room to suite on arrival (regular suite room price - 11k)
3. checked in 11.30 AM and checked out 3 PM. (regular checkin 2 PM and checkout 12 PM)
4. 50% discount on Sunday brunch (1+1) offer
5. Diwali sweet packets complimentary
6. complimentary buffet breakfast for 2 adults everyday
7. netflix and amazon prime packages activated in both 55" TVs.
8. reward points credited in account for food +stay within 3 days.

Location is very good and roof top olympic size swimming pool is best for city view.
