Higher authority to complaint for Airtel Thanks App Utility Payment

I had done electricity bill payment few weeks ago and in the app it's still pending. No one is listening. There is no way to contact Airtel or Bharat Bill Pay.

They have their own grievance levels, check that too on their website

When my money was stuck in their wallet, I had mailed to wecare@airtelbank.com and after that to their grievance officer

Email: grievance.officer@airtelbank.com

received a callback in 3-4 hrs after mailing grievance offer. As you already have contact customer care first, I suggest mailing to grievance team now.
 
Yes, emailed the grievance team. Lets see if they reply. The customer care of Airtel payment bank said that the transaction done through Thanks app is not under Airtel bank 🙁
 
once they kept it for pending and i didn't check, next month the bill came up with previous month due. and now worse they couldn't fetch my electric bill at all.
 
My 1000 rupees is also stuck for Six days now. Looking at the comments here and other places, looks like I have to wait for weeks/months for refund.

One user reported he received the automatic refund after a month. There is no option to contact Airtel support. Bharat Billpay website is not accepting complaints. Sent DM on Twitter, no response. What are the other ways to complain?
