Holding Multiple Credit Cards? Share your payment strategy to avoid missed payments!!

I use google sheets . Just add all the cards I have and statement dates and payment due dates. Once I start receiving statement emails I pay the due one by one and then update as paid in the sheet.

I also maintain an excel sheet to track payments of my 20+ cards.

For added security I have used colour codings…like 1 day before the due date, that card’s row changes to yellow colour….on the due date it becomes green…and after due date it’s red !!!

Also, I’ve incorporated formulas for credit limit utilisation, annual spends tracking to meet spends criteria for fee waiver for paid cards, etc. !!

Took lot of time & research…but made card management stress free !!

My monthly cc bills is around 4-5 lacs every month. Postpe gives 1k monthly.. Hdfc debit card gives 750 monthly. Then paytm around 300-400 using multiple accounts
How long does postpe take to credit money to cc? I used it few times but it took 3-4 days to get confirmation. Decided to stick to CRED for peace of mind. I always pay my bill on the due date using cred.

Postpe is discontinued now. Now using SBI unipay to pay cc bills now using RBL signature debit card to earn rs. 1000 monthly vouchers and INDUSIND debit card which also gives similar rewards and idfc first debit card. Plus smal cashback from tide, Amazon pay, etc.

Indus Exclusive Platinum DC isn't giving reward points on SBI Unipay, any others you may know?

I schedule NEFT for last payment date, whenever I received bill from bank
I used to do that in SBI 2 years back.
When i accidentally found out that NEFT failed(no message) to make a CC payment it gave me a mini HEARTACHE :bomb:
So i stopped using scheduled NEFT after that🙏

I have set my credit card billing dates between the 14th and 17th of each month, making my due dates fall within the first week of the following month, from the 1st to the 5th.
As a salaried employee, my salary is credited on the second-to-last day of the month. Therefore, on the last day of each month, I pay all my credit card bills after my salary is deposited, and then I transfer the remaining funds to their respective bank accounts.

Similar strategy I also follow and it works well as you get message of salary credit and that message reminds me for credit card bills as well.. 😀😀
It is working well without any problem..
