How axis bank do residential address kyc for credit card application ?

I already have axis Flipkart credit card. I recently applied for Axis Neo credit card. I got this message form them - "Thank you for applying for an Axis Bank Credit Card. Our executive will connect with you to fulfill KYC requirements of your residential address"

An Axis executive or third party one, will visit your residence address and will do kyc (probably biometric) and will ask to fill the application details again.

Just addhar card is asked, so they can match your face and check the address mentioned on it. They already have all other details in their system

I also received exact same message today after applying axis bank credit card through axis app.But i also have an axis bank saving account although dont have credit card…So,what things agent asked from you for kyc? @JohnWick
