How can I get resolution

I got call from indusind bank to upgrade signature legend card to pinnacle card at that time that agent promised me that i will get 15krs worth of flipkart voucher with gst refund bank and also last transaction which was done in old card the reward points will calculate accordingly to upgrade card that will be credited and I gave concent now that agent is not reachable and when I mailed then her manager called me and told we had fired that agent and demand me to either continue with this card or we cannot able to give gst as a refund in form of voucher and that txn reward points so team please help with some solid way so that I can get resolution of it
 
File complaint to Nodal guy. That agent made promise on behalf of bank not person capacity. Hire or Fire has nothing to do, with what u have been promised.

If u don't get resolution, escalate to RBI ombudsman and get compensation as well. Keep all the proofs documented

How can I do complaint and I don't have any recording proff how can I connect you could you please guide me more help will be appreciated,and I still not activated this card if I will not active this card then will it automatically closed should I active this card ?

That's even perfect. It will be automatically closed after 37 days. Make sure 💯 you didn't activated and there's no joining fees levied. If charged, pay within due date (to protect cibil) and fight.

Hi sir they assign one person area sales head so she offered me for reversal of annual fees with gst in form of reward points but then they will not give me voucher of 15k rs of any brand , she offered me that what should I do now ? please guide as I told her that as on upcoming statement you anual fees with gst 17750 is going to be debit as per your offer I am supposed to get 15k voucher of flipkart once you give me voucher then you reverse my anual fees like that I offered her then she said she is arranging callback for contact center she said that I not possible as I have written proff from his manager mail id that I will get 15k wort of flipkart voucher when I will pay anual fees with gst according to policy of bank only 10k rs of voucher about to get but I taken in written earlier so guide me what should I do now

Compensation means what they will going to compensate like I not have idea please can you give some idea so that I can create fear to them

Take fee reversal and move on. Don't budge much with this Sandus Bank.
 
Compensation for false promises and mental harassment
I asked about compensation then they told we had fired that agent and that manager against this issue and he said all we are doing reversal of processing fees with gst this is count as compensation,and when I asked that nodal guy team member just now called me that if I will escalate it then how much compensate i will get from rbi so he said I don't have any idea about this and not aware about any guidelines he told that for this issue there is not any compensation so what I can say to that guy

Just take the fees back and move on
