How can I get resolution

Please help me with one more suggestion of my issue, I am holding amax platinum credit card and just due to small miss understanding 277rs left to fullfill spend of 4lac so is there any way to request customer care or any way to claim benifits of 4lac

Hi @Anupama_Jha sir I have issue with the again miss lead sale from idfc bank nodel desk is upfront telling that if case in my favour then also they will not give me promised reward points and nodel supervisor is ready to email me this makes me demotivated please could you help me with some strong way or source to fight with them and get fair resolution , and also want help with some email to put in cc like business Head of card and etc internal emails of zonal head etc if you have any source then thanks in advance

I all members please someone help me to get compensation for delay refund received in indus debit card 1710rs of refund was initiated from big basket to indus debit card account was pioneer on 4th October 2025 and I had received refund on 3rd December ,now I want to take compensation from bank for this delay can somebody help me with required information which I have to do now to get compensation as per RBI policy I am new here so I am posting it I am thankful in advance who can help me with this step by step i don't know now what to do and how to get compensation,and how much we have to demand etc thanks in advance to help me please last time you help me to get resolution please help here also for this

I recently fought and won a compensation claim against Axis Bank for delayed refunds on two failed transactions. If you’ve faced a similar issue, this post will help you understand your rights and how to escalate the matter effectively.


Issue:


I made two transactions on 12 June 2024, which failed but were not auto-refunded within the RBI-mandated T+5 calendar days:


1. 19 Rupee transaction


2. 1999 Rupee transaction



As per RBI guidelines, if a bank fails to process refunds within T+5 days, they are liable to compensate the customer 100 per day per transaction.

If you want to file a complaint against any bank, follow those steps.
Remember one thing, file a complaint with your bank first, then wait 30 days for resolution. If your bank doesn't solve your problem within 30 days, you can move to the RBI banking ombudsman. If you don't get any satisfactory resolution from your bank, you can also move to the RBI banking ombudsman before completing 30 days.
