I personally use an Aeropress Go.

Currently going through, 'SLN 5A Anaerobic Fermentation' by Grey Soul Coffee Roasters. They are my favorite Indian Coffee Roaster. I also enjoy their Cold Brew Naturals and Rose Coffee which is a crowd pleaser.

I love black coffee and typically use my French press or drip machine with blukai coffee

However I only allow myself to drink coffee in Jan and June.. 2 months of the year... As i believe in the satvik way coffee is a drug but I love it 😂

I use a V60 ppur over because I enjoy light roast and medium roast coffees

Currently I have a sampling of 9 different coffees from various roasteries in india

My fave is Ratnagiri estate ones. Jasmine missed cranberry

Yes I have heard good things about them. Tossed up between them and savorworks for my next bag of beans. Any particular recommendations from naivo?

Can't go wrong with anything Ratnagiri. I loved their Ethiopian and Burundi ones

When having coffee, I prefer the original variety, with no added flavours. One of the best coffee I had in India is from Meghalaya, grown in the hill forests at high altitudes. But production is low so its not so widely known or available. The Araku coffee and Koraput (odisha) coffee also comes close.

North East coffee is very much available in Bangalore. The flavour profiles are nice, but can't compare to them tomwhat grows in KA and TN

Also when we are talking about beans, none of them have added flavours. It's a wash process of beans that gives them names, and sometimes the flavour profiles that this processing brings out.

All of them are your regular beans.

"North East" consists of not one but seven Indian States - Arunachal, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. All 7 States have coffee cultivation. So while coffee from Meghalaya is also North East coffee, not all North East coffee is from Meghalaya.
