Only in theory, but not in reality, going by
my experience. Axis is not an honorable bank. Often one has to chase them for months when the rewards are not credited in time as promised. I finally received my February 24 rewards only in mid January 25, believe it or not!
In contrast, SmartBuy rewards are credited automatically every time.

I have been using grabdeal since 2021. I received proper cashback every time except the last time only. I raised the concern after 90 days. They credited the amount in the next statement. We need to follow the t&c of grabdeal properly. Otherwise tracking will be lost
What makes you think that I am incapable of understanding the T&C and did not follow it everytime?!
FYI, I had experienced the non-credit of expected Grabdeals rewards multiple times. Each time I had to fight with them with meticulously saved screenshots and receipts in order to get my due rewards.
Very similar is my experience with EDGE rewards too. I do not trust Axis to automatically do the right thing anymore, and have minimized usage of their cards for delayed (not instant) rewards.

I applied to axis 4 cards but forgot that which transaction continued with grabdeal, and I haven't any video of order or something.. if they not giving automated any way to tracking ? Cashkaro showing order but grab my deal not showing.
Just escalate it to PNO after 90 days. Mostly as I said earlier the grabdeal cashback credit on the last week of 3rd month from the date of transaction done. I done a transaction in the month of September with Rs 23000. So after I just dropped the mail to pno to know whether the grabdeal transaction is successfully recorded or not as I didn't receive the sms for this transaction only. He informed me that the transaction was not recorded. Then again I escalated to m.d level escalation. They informed me the same thing. I don't have any screen recording to substantiate my claim if I am going to complaint with RBI. SO After 110 days I called customer care regarding the issue and they escalated to the concern team. I followed up on the regular basis. Within 4 day he called me and informed me that the cashback of grabdeal will be credited to the next statement. Got it
Imp: if you didn't receive sms confirm doesn't means that you won't get the cashback if you already followed the grabdeal t&c. Sometimes the couldn't fetch the transaction with the merchant due to which the sms was not triggered.
If you don't get the cashback even after escalation nothing can be done if you don't have any SCREEN RECORDING. That is only the proof we have to escalate to RBI not to axis. Axis sticks on their decision only
