Here’s my real experience applying for the BOB Eterna Credit Card – LTF version, along with everything you should know before you apply.

✅Eligibility conditions for LTF Eterna:​

• Salaried individuals with a monthly net salary of ₹1 lakh or more.
  • New-to-Bank (NTB) applicants are eligible — you don’t need to hold a BOB savings account.
• Loan holders (home, vehicle, or personal loan) with a principal loan amount above ₹10 lakh also qualify.
• Existing BOB credit card holders are NOT eligible for the LTF offer.

📍 Application Mode: Offline only (no online).

🏢 How to Apply (Step-by-Step Guide)​

1. Reach out to your nearest Bank of Baroda branch.
   Ask specifically about the Life Time Free Eterna Credit Card. The branch will usually share the contact details of the credit card representative for your area.
2. Send an inquiry email.
   I first emailed my nearest branch expressing interest in the LTF Eterna card. They quickly replied with the contact person’s name and phone number.
3. Initial confirmation call.
   Before I could even call, the representative called me herself — confirmed that Eterna is indeed Life Time Free for salaried applicants earning ₹1 lakh+ monthly, and asked me to visit the branch with documents.

🧾 Documents Required​

You’ll need to carry the following:

1. PAN Card
2. Aadhaar Card
3. Last 2 months’ salary slips
4. Last 2 months’ bank statements (salary account)
5. One passport-size photo

🪙 My In-Branch Experience​

When I visited the branch, I expected a long process — but surprisingly, it was smooth. The representative asked me to sit while she collected my documents.

She personally filled out the entire application form and just asked me to sign in three places. While filling the form, her supervisor casually mentioned they had a target of 25 Eterna cards for the month — which explained their proactive approach. 😄.

Once done, she told me the application would be forwarded to the circle office for processing.

📞 What Happens Next​

Here’s what she explained about the next steps:

1. You’ll receive a verification call from the Mumbai number. Please attend and respond.
2. A field officer will visit your home for physical verification.
3. After verification, within 15 working days, your card should be dispatched.

It's depends upon your employment type and if salaried then if top tier MNC then faster approval within 2 hours to 2 days

On last sunday morning, I had applied for Eterna credit card. I did the vkyc on the same time. Yesterday my card was approved and I am able view my card in the bob app.
There was no income/address verification.

I tried applying for eterna card in this LTF campaign. But I am stuck at the account aggregator page as the mobile number linked with the salary account is different from the one I used to apply for the bob card.

So it automatically checks for the account linked the applied mobile nunber n comes back saying no account found.


Can anyone Kindly advise on how to proceed further. ??

That's obvious error. You should keep mobile number same on salary account and credit card.

If you want different number on credit card then after getting credit card you can change mobile number anytime.

Alternatively you can apply offline

My experience is exactly the opposite.

I mailed both bank near to my place. None responded. Called the one nearest to me and they gave me contact of CC dept person. And it is wrong. That went to some guy who replied after 3 days claiming to be a state head of a bank.

So went to branch and got the correct number. Its been a week since I started the process. No updates from them. The CC person is not replying on messages.
