A1. AFAIK, PMJY to Super Savings is not possible, better to open a new account.
One more point with the 2nd question, 20K MAB is required to apply BOB RSDC

@Anindya98 , @zomatoo, @muk9998 : it is possible, there's a way around for that which the branch guys dont take.
They need to take approval from regional office for conversion of PMJDY accounts to normal account (SBGEN). For this they will take a form for cancellation/de-enrollment of linked insurance benefits from the account; and send it to RO. Once they get a approval, they can convert it to SBGEN, and then it can be converted from SBGEN to Super Savings.

Majority of the branches will deny that it is possible, but need to look for a young and enthu employee, who is dedicated...he/she can get this done. Personally tried and tested (You will need to be patient - if that's not possible, then open a new account like Anindya mentioned)
