About a month ago, I applied for the SBI SimplyClick card via Amazon Pay. The application was instantly rejected — but not because of CIBIL, rather because I mistakenly put my income as zero 🤦♂️. There wasn’t even a hard enquiry. How long should I wait before reapplying for an SBI card? Is there a cooling-off period if the application never went through CIBIL? I was considering the Flipkart SBI card instead. I have significant spends on Flipkart and hold Flipkart Black. Would that increase my approval chances the way Axis Flipkart or Amazon ICICI sometimes approve based on spends? Or is SBI stricter and it won’t really matter?
