How long to wait before applying HDFC Cobranded Credit cards

Hello,
I see conflicting answers here saying few people were denied HDFC Infinity/Neu because they recently got Core HDFC card but I see some others saying they got both approved within weeks/months.
Can anyone shed a light on what are the cases where we get approved without cooling period and vice versa?
Whats the default thing that would happen what is the exception in this case.
Also, does anyone know how to bypass this cooling limit if any?
Im asking for getting Cobranded CC after getting core card first

As a tata employee i got neu plus ltf . How to convert it to infinity ltf ?

if you have CL more than 1.5 L , you can ask eyour employer ( Tata Neu) to convert it to infinity LTF or ask HDFC directly
