How many bank accounts do you have and for what purposes?

TF Select
I hold following bank accounts

  1. ICICI Bank (Savings) - For salary crediting and investments
  2. IDFC First Bank (Savings) - for savings purposes, it gives good rate of interest.
  3. DBS - Idk why I am still holding this.
  4. Paytm Payments Bank - Had opened it long back, not sure why I am holding this too.
  5. Fi.money - For day to day transactions as my primary savings account would get cluttered with few hundred rupees transactions.
  6. Jupiter - Had opened alongside with Fi, thinking to close this.

Wonderful thought process, for few minutes, it seems am reading something my type... Simple easy to go setup...
I would suggest keep BOB/SBI for the usage, as you mentioned in above post ☝️
Issue with SBI / BOB what I have observed with my usage as below

Personally BOB has app down time issues , also the way to fetch yearly statements from app and app is not so user friendly and transactional messages are always delayed.
SBi is overall good , but yes there are lot of delays in transactional messages , these days I don't even receive it 5/10 times. also heard of server issues which affected UPI transactions.
hence I thought to move to a reliable pvt bank that can mitigate above issues if not completely at least it should be rare. Other PSU banks have similar issues when used with UPI read a few posts in the forum.

Yes .. Much more important things in life , rather than cashback and offers... Better to invest time in such a way that can yield 5x , 10 x return than what cashback and offers can give and avoid complications in life.. Just my personal preference .. everyone has their way of thinking.
Absolutely ! !

Your Thought process is exactly in sync with mine, (although am very lazy too 😁)

Are you not using BHIM !!
yes thats the bare minimum I do .. balance less than 500 , top up 1000
Check your UPI app for exact per transaction and total lite wallet limit/per day , it supports. Limit got revised upward recently.
