Have you ever wondered how many credit cards you can hold per bank?
here is the answer-
Some banks offer one credit card & few banks issue multiple credit cards to their customer.
Bank wise, per customer maximum credit card limit -

You can get more then 2, they just don't allow you to apply card everyday... there is a cooling period applicable

I think my dm is not knowledgeable , i requested him for upgrade my card, than he asked someone im branch to upgrade my cc , than they told it will me upgraded only when offer shows you in NetBanking.

Email hdfc or send upgrade form to hdfc Chennai office

I have League with 68K, and Mojo With 2.40L.

I have a friend who has 3 Kotak cards, but that doesn't mean they offer 3 cards to everyone...
I said 1 card per Customer normally and few people manage to get 2 cards... if you check carefully.

Normally SBI doesn't offer shared limit, maybe your both cards reward system are same... like SBI prime & SBI Elite... maybe

It's important to remember that banks operate here in case specific basis, if they value your business then they will do anything to please you and if not then you will be left wanting.

So don't always haggle on these things, and get them for LTF when you can. Also, not everyone's spend pattern allows them to have multiple cc and still optimize their uses. So be satisfied, at least sometimes 🙂

With what cards you have, I've seen some people having multiple cc and then they complain about renewal fees and sometimes even forget to pay bill on time. There is old saying there, be satisfied with what you have, at least in some cases, that's what I was referring to.
