How many credit cards can we have from Indus?

Support team says max 2 cards but I have see few had two core one co branded card. Also if I upgrade there is always 5k one time fee. I got call from agent to upgrade Aura Edge to Legend no one time fee only Rs 500 transaction in 30 days. But support team said there will be fee not to go with it.

I applied for tiger directly from website and got it in one week.

I tried but I am getting that stupid "there is already an application error" since last year March.

I applied legend credit card from cashkaro but after entering all details it only showed me eligible for only tiger card. So at that time I had to choose tiger only no other card option was there.

Used to have Indus Jet Airways credit card and closed after Jet Airways shut down. Wanted to apply for Qatar Avios card. Does Indus has pre-approved options ?

Also, is the decision immediate or they take time and do home/office visits.
