I am planning to raise a complaint with RBI against PayTM because even though their app says that payment was credited to the Credit Card account, it was not credited to the bank, for which the bank has charged me extra, and also destroyed my CIBIL report.
But, simultaneously, I am also worried that too much RBI complaints may result in negative behavior with Credit Profile. I have so far done two complaints, and both were with PayTM for the same reason.
