How much credit limit on existing card is required for IDFC CC for C2C application?

I have few question in regard to IDFC CC.
1.) Does IDFC accept C2C applications?
2.) Which is better for applying online or offline?
3.) Credit Limit required on existing card to apply for IDFC Select CC?
4.) Credit Limit required on existing card to apply for IDFC Wealth CC?

Yes they accept online C2C, not sure about offline. I have IRCTC SBI with 9.4 lakh limit and still IDFC was offering me just IDFC Millennia. I selected existing card as SBI Elite and it started showing me option for IDFC select.

Not sure about Wealth.
