How soon does Axis credit joining Bonus for Samsung Infinite card

It’s been some effort on my part to have gotten my hands on Samsung Infinite card after 2 previous apps not getting approved for frivolous reasons like the 3 month criteria etc.

I still haven’t received delivery of this card but can see it on Axis app along with Magnus. I’m wondering how soon would Axis credit the 30k joining bonus after meeting conditions ?

Interesting. Even I made my first 3 transactions on June 10 but have only received the milestone benefits.

Got the card only for joining bonus and forex transaction benefits.

Did you try any online forex transactions on the Sam card yet ? If yes, check the mcc codes for these transactions for 2 of my trxs I received texts with cash withdrawal notifications

Are you sure it tallies with what you have spent since getting the card ? Isn’t it 5 per 100 on infinite ? 1236 doesn’t add up

I got my card in first week of June and immediately did 3 transactions. But neither base points nor activation bonus is credited yet. Axis support is still trying to figure out why base rewards are not yet credited since they should come in 12 days. For activation bonus, they are asking me to wait 60 days of course

Same with my wife’s card that we received in second week of June. Are others facing similar issues?

I got my card on 9th June. Raised complaint for both joining and normal ER points. Got lucky with joining points in there last batch of reward credits. And after that, they told me to wait for 60 days (for joining benefits and cashback). They didn't say anything about normal ER points.

So you got 30k points already? I did all 3 transactions on 8th June. So seems a bit weird. They have acknowledged that I did 3rd transaction on 8th June, but asked me to wait for 60 days and stating some technical issues for not being able to credit normal base points

Sab pagal hain udhar. I was messaging them on Twitter since 20th June for normal ER points and timeline for joining benefits and they were sending me the link for terms and condition. Finally I got angry on 26th and wrote a barrage of furious msgs. Don't know if it was before I wrote that msg on 26th or after, but I got joining ER points. Infact on Twitter multiple people said that they got Magnus milestone and samsung joining points, therefore I also checked and it was there.. but there was no sign of normal ER points. Now cut to 1st July, where they reply to my furious msg that "joining benefits and cashback would be credited within 60 days, if they don't come by then, then I have to contact them." Those idiots still had no clue that I had got my joining points but no receiving normal ER.. Now I am waiting till mid August, if I don't receive points by then, 2nd round of whipping would begin.

I am in the same boat as you. spends made on June 10 but have not even received base points. I raised a complaint but was asked to wait 5 working days for a resolution. In the meantime, June statement was generated.

It says here that Cashback and reward points will be credited in next statement cycle. Just like Axis Flipkart and Ace, unlike Magnus
