How to access airport lounge with a virtual rupay card?

I got a lifetime free hpcl bob card which has 4 lounge access but website said that it will only be a virtual card. How can i use it for airport lounge as they don't have a tie up with dreamfolks?

Usually it would take 5-7 days to recieve the message. Better mail them and ask the status.

If your mobile has support for NFC and you load the card in one of the apps like GPay for tap-to-pay, it should work right?
