How to apply for a BOB credit card online - step by step guide

Hello everyone,
if you are facing any problem while applying for BOB credit cards online, this post is for you.
1. Click on this link — https://bit.ly/370oK7H
This will open "Apply Now" page, use our special link to get support from our team and you'll get lifetime free credit card (easy/select/premier).

2. Fill in your personal details such as Name, Email id, Mobile No., Date of Birth as mentioned in your Aadhar & enter PAN No. Tick declaration boxes & Click here to generate OTP.



3. On the next page you'll see a pop up - Enter the OTP in the space provided & Click on Verify OTP



4. On the next page, Select your Occupation type & mention your Gross Annual Income so that system can recommend a suitable Card



5. On the next page, select Vkyc & Please provide address for which you can furnish an authorised proof for e.g Aadhar



6.On the next page, Fill all the details related to your employment unless marked as optional



7. On the next page, BOB system will recommend you a suitable card & also showcase it’s key features


Select one card of your choice and click on confirm.

8. On the next page, BOB will ask you to provide few more additional details as part of the application process. Please fill all details unless marked as optional.
9. On the next page, BOB will ask you to apply for add on card, but I'll recommend you to select "No" option and apply for add on card later.
10. On the next page, BOB will ask you to register for "Direct Debit" facility ( Auto debit - credit card bill payment), again select "NO"



11. Now you have to upload —
a. your photo
b. Valid Id proof
c. Address Proof for address you’ve mentioned earlier
d. Last 2 Months Bank Statements showing Salary credited/ITR File/Other Bank Credit Card Statement With Card Photo Copy



12. No this page you might face some problems, like - you are uploading pdf file, but system is that accepting that...
To solve this problem make sure you are not uploading password protected pdf file, remove any password from pdf file and try to upload, if this doesn't solve your problem, repair your pdf online, go to this website - https://www.ilovepdf.com/repair-pdf upload your pdf file and click on "Repair PDF".
Then upload new pdf file on bob website, Click on "Submit & Proceed"

13. On the next page accept terms & conditions and click on "Accept"
14. On the next page, you'll be asked to e-sign your documents using Aadhaar E-Sign, Select Yes & Complete e-signing process.

Done! you'll see your application number on the screen, note down your application number for future reference.

In that back statement section, you could upload credit card front photo (full number and expiry date) and 2 months statement.

I did upload only one month statement.

Yeah that’s what I did. I opted for ltf premier. I chose card to card but was asked to upload bank statement only. Application is awaiting vkyc.

Bhai my father was also getting the option of uploading bank statement what i did uploaded all bank statement card statement and card photo first they rejected it then sent them for reconsideration then they approved it

Why they rejected it ? Any reason given ? My assumption is that if they need more documents , then can always ask the customer.

I don't know why they rejected yes maybe you're right because now i remembered i didn't attached card photo while applying so sent maybe they rejected. Sent them for reconsideration with all documents again they approved it within 2 week. I have sent about 9-10 emails then they replied

No.. We receive delivery details on sms... Mostly by bluedart or india post... It is first time. I AM HEARING someone called for giving delivery details.... Go ahead with caution

If you want Eterna as Lifetime, your ITR should be more than 30lakhs. Does that mean your total taxable income before deduction (HRA. Section 80C and other tax exemption) is more than 30 lakhs or your Net gross salary after deduction on which you have to pay tax is more than 30 lakhs? Can someone correct which of the above statement satisfy ITR more than 30 lakhs ?

ITR of 30L means gross Income.

Anyone who applied for Eterna recently and received the card? I have applied for it on June 1. So far below are the events

June 1 - Applied & Completed VKYC
June 18 - Completed IPV

No update after that.

For ITR proof, will ITR-V acknowledgement suffice as proof or will they need the ITR form like ITR-1 or ITR-2 etc with breakup of income and other details etc. Will Form-16 work in place of ITR?

If you're salaried, in that case you can submit the first page of your ITR. Acknowledgement also may suffice.
For Self Employed, they ask for ITR with computation.

Wanted eterna as a backup lounge card, but don't wish to pay for it as I already have Diners Black. QQ: If I go back and recheck in the future, will BOB trigger another check on my CIBIL? I have not made card selection and did not go to additional details page.

Once you enter your details, they would have already checked your CIBIL and showed the list of cards available. Unless you go for a manual application they might check CIBIL again. You could apply now and then later ask them for LTF since your salary is more than 30 lakhs

First take whatever you get... Then after getting physical card mail on conversions@bobfinancial.com... Fir upgrade.. Since u have the required documents.... You will be upgraded to ltf eterna.... First come into the bob world...
