How to apply/upgrade Axis Credit Card over call?

Can sometime tell me the exact process to apply or upgrade an exisiting card of Axis Bank over call to customer care?

I do not have any upgrade offer in my Mobile Banking application. Is it still possible to upgrade?

I would also like to know this. If possible, I want to get the IOCL they are giving LTF via CC. I got Axis Select last month itself.

when i visited branch for an add-on application branch ppl asked whether i'm burgundy client lol

Exactly! They are blood suckers ngl, even upgrading my account to Burgundy was a pain in the ass. Although, their wealth banking CS is much better than most banks. Very hard to get Magnus LTF imo.

Yes to both. I had applied via preapproved section, approved within 20 minutes, it was approved as chargeable, called CS got them to mark as LTF and reverse fees + GST. The 2k amazon voucher is cool tho ngl.

Yep can confirm, had gotten another select for family member, via same burgundy route, got it LTF with 2k amazon voucher!

first I asked flipkart ltf they refused. The I asked to close existing paid flipkart and to replace it with a ltf myzone. they agreed.

Yes, has a good return for sure. Swiggy offer is the best here, no other card gives 200 off. Max others give is 125ish.

Also it has PP with 6 complimentary visits, which is renewed with 3L annual spend. 6L annual gives 12 complimentary visits.

I dont think so they have waiver, might be wrong. But they have some other great benefits, 20% off bigbasket (nobody gives this) upto 500Rs monthly, 6 complimentary golf rounds and 3 extra rounds after 3 lakhs spend.

This 500 BB i used to get mail from indusind under exclusive account 20% upto 500 with min 2k transaction and max 1 time in a month for their DC.

Yeah, I just noticed Exclusive DC also gives this, but it's extremely rare in terms of BB to get more than 10% discount

Actually can get more out of exclusive dc if we focus spending on it
But since cc give 45 days credit free I prefer cc
