How to apply/upgrade Axis Credit Card over call?

Can sometime tell me the exact process to apply or upgrade an exisiting card of Axis Bank over call to customer care?

I do not have any upgrade offer in my Mobile Banking application. Is it still possible to upgrade?

Can you share what exactly do you mean with this? In what ways are we getting more out of it?

Fcy mark up
Bb 500 pm
Free atm usage across globe subject to some countries charging
Bill pay with mcc choosing that 30p rewards to quote some handy items
Didn’t deep dig it so far

BMS is B1G1? Or just direct free?
FCY is 0%
BB 500 btw 2000-2500 is great, same as Axis Select
Noicee ATM fees are annoying on my Niyo Global
Please explain this one? CC Bill Pay gives 30p / 100Rs?

BMS no free but good discount on 2nd ticket.
Also couple of clarities here:
That free atm usage is by some moneyexchanger owned teller machines not sure the workaround its used/tested in SG and AU to get cross currency as withdrawn amount
Reg RP of card here's the list....try to spend 40001 on some online option where it should be like ecomm but logically money rotates haha

first I asked flipkart ltf they refused. The I asked to close existing paid flipkart and to replace it with a ltf myzone. they agreed.

when did u asked, I asked them to give myzone ltf by closing privelege card, they took request but later declined because they were not taking upgrade request over the calls. I requested 2 months before when u requested?

thats the catch here, exclusive wont give RPs if we use directly for bill pay incl CC so use the ways like amazon via uber (nomore) and paytm via zomato or load paytm by PG paytm i/o wallet name, trust this clarifies

six months back. ask downgrading previlege to neo ltf. they may do.

You should get the confirmation that it is LTF Select via mail (if you are not a burgundy acc holder)

Myzone LTF was approved just 10 days ago. Took it basically for swiggy offer . Used it for 120x4 discount already and also got Sony LIV voucher worth 999.

Select cc seemed better for swiggy offer and it was LTF for me , so converted to it.

Now I'll get 2000 Amazon voucher for it too 😜😜
