Anybody has availed this Rs 300 cashback by paying utility bills on Axis Neo Credit Card?

Can I pay the utility bill on the merchant's website/app Or via Amazon Pay? This is a 1 time welcome offer.
The other 5% off on utility bill payment offer (monthly) is very clearly mentioned that payment to be made via Amazon Pay.

But the category is utility.
I am confused whether thefirst transaction they count as 1rs 😳

Yes,The 1rs is debits for card verification.
But customer care is saying that Activation Benefits is not applicable for LTF cars
