how to avoid calls from credit card/property call ?

I am currently a student and I have never worked in any industry. However, for the past 5-6 years, I have been continuously receiving spam and genuine calls from credit card companies and property dealers. I understand the credit card calls as I hold a credit card with a 4 lakh limit from an alumni program, but I don't understand why I am receiving property calls. My inbox is flooded with messages from these dealers every day.
Above all, calls from Paisa Bazaar are a real pain in A***. They literally call every morning from 9-11 am from last 1 year, and it's the same pitch in a loop. At first, Standard Chartered used to do the same thing, then Axis Bank, and now I've started receiving calls from SBI.
As for the property calls in Gurgaon, Delhi, and Noida, I have no connection to these areas as I live in eastern UP. Even my mobile number is 10-12 years old. I want to know how you guys stopped getting these calls, as I never receive any tempting offers from them. It's always Paisa Bazaar, co-branded credit cards, Axis Neo, or low-grade RuPay/Visa cards that I never wanted to own, and they all come with fees, not even a lifetime free offer.
I just don't want to receive any more calls from them. Please share your experience and tricks that I can implement.
PS: I have an iPhone 7 Plus, but Truecaller is useless for me.

Have you applied anything through an agent? Might be he/she has circulated your data.
Better to change your banking number if possible. Because you are receiving call from various numbers, you can't go with DND.

Yes there's a chance, they do so.

I can't think a way better way than previous suggestion right now. You're receiving tons of call and SMS from various random numbers.

Property dealers as well, unhe mere number me pata nahi kya interest hai.

Bhai use dnd (trai app) in android. Apple me hai ki ni check krna padega. Bohot fark padta hai calls kaafi Kam ho jayengi bhai.

Keep reporting these UCC (unsolicited commercial communication) to your mobile operator through their app (my jio / airtel thanks etc). Action will be taken against those numbers.

It's always Paisa Bazaar,
Straight away go to twitter and write a stern msg to them to stop calling you and permanently delete your data from their records or you'll forward the issue to the concerned authorities if not resolved.

It worked for me you/others can try the same.

Next time don't use your number on any website or to check your credit report from these sites. Not worth it.

Check with all your banks and ask them for enabling their DND process. Usually bank has these hidden condition mentioned at the time of joining that they will use your number for marketing purposes, during onboarding you have to agree to that but then after call or write to customer care and get it under DND.

Secondly, get a new number and start using that on those website where you feel suspicious that they will bother you with sales pitch, for example policy bazaar, Bank bazar or those forex website or any website wherein you just want to simply check for some quote but they force you to give them your mobile number to go beyond their first page.

You will notice that after 3 months your DND call traffic will start shifting to that other secondary number, and as it is not primary number you can simply ignore them.

Also as other suggested, download Trai DND app and start reporting these numbers there as Unsolicited agent or robotic calls. It helps as it is more easy and straightforward in comparison to reporting on these mobile aervice providers app.

But one important thing is Never Use TrueCaller with your primary number, they do sell your number to others. I personally prefer to avoid them.

You are not alone in this fight.
