How to best redeem HDFC Diners Privilege points?

Hi All,

I have been using HDFC Diners Privilege (not my primary card) for many years, and I have accumulated around 33k or so points. I seek your advice on what is the best way for me to redeem these. I'd prefer to redeem it on travel: hotels or flights. However, the conversion for Diners Privilege on SmartBuy is 0.5 INR / point + 99 INR redemption fee.

Is the above the best way out, or are there any more reasons? If others, please suggest/guide.

1) No way to go beyond the 0.5 INR/point conversion via any Gyftr travel vouchers or anything?
2) Does it allow any airline/hotel partner transfer? (I did not see it though, double checking
