How to cancel no cost emi on a merchant transaction but get the interest as discount. For example, etailers give interest as discount upfront. How to retain that while cancelling the emi.

Anyone knows how many time can we cancel an emi for getting the NCEMI discount in a year? As I don't want the card to get cancelled. (HDFC CC)

Kotak too have Facilty to Cancel EMI.
But you have to Pay Exact Txn Amount charged to the Card upfront before calling the Customer Care for Cancellation.

Except GST Everything will get reverse

Great, thanks! Transaction amount meaning amount paid to vendor only, right? Not the extra charges (processing fees, etc)?

In that case I'll try paying first and then do the transaction.

After txn, SMS Alert m jo Amount mention hoga.

IDFC will charge 3-4% as Foreclosure Fee.
They do not allow Cancellation. Only Foreclosure as per Another Thread on Forum

Hi guyz , on 9th March I purchased an item on offline store which. Offers 3950 discount on no cost emi. So now the total bill was 30197.83 so it I cancel my emi do i need only to pay the 30197.83 . coz they charged interest for no cost emi now what should I do I'll attach the screenshot and guide me to close this emi, note my bill got generated 😔 .
