How to change contact details for add on cashback card?

I tried through app but it after entering OTP received it just gets stuck and doesn't proceed further? Any idea how to change number and email associated with add on card?

In App where you are trying to update.
I couldn't find any option to change number and email on add-on card.

When set up correctly with a different number for add-on, the OTP for add-on will go only to the secondary card member's phone but final transaction alerts will be sent to both primary and secondary. IMO this is a great implementation!

i had put in the details while filling the application form itslef
try from app otherwise call them or email them
