How to confirm which card I'll be getting in the offline CC Application HDFC

TLDR: See Title
I just need to know how to confirm which card Ill get and whether its LTF if I applied offline using an agent and payslips.

I have an HDFC salary account for 2+ yrs, a classic customer for 6+ months with net salary of 1L+/month.

Got moneyback LTF when I opened my account but even after salary increment my card did not get upgraded after mailing and calling RM.

Called my RM 4 times. Dont think she knows anything, she just saw preoffered cards which I could see myself and said I wont be getting any cards if it doesnt show up online (preapproved).
Finally, asked my company HR for company's RM. Called him and he immediately connected me with bank agent.
The bank agent called me, checked internally and confirmed me I can get Regalia LTF and asked me to visit home branch agent.
Visited home branch, they took payslips, pan and aadhar xerox and said it will be processed in 7-10 days. He also mentioned Regalia is LTF, I thought to try my luck and ask for DCB LTF. He asked Why DCB, he's saying DCB is lower tier than Regalia. I asked to give DCB or highest variant that I can get LTF. He just took and said done.

In offline application, whatever stuff the bank people filled, can only be verified after your video kyc is done (may or may not be applicable as you are an existing customer).

After vkyc, you may get your application details from the credit card verification department on your registered email id. At least, this is what I experienced in the case of Sbi.

Other than that, if you are able to get hold of your application number then it maybe possible.

Generally it is only a combination of the application number and mobile number which can be used to access your credit card application.
