Can you guys please guide me to convert DCB into LTF as it has devalued a lot. Tried contacting the RM by offering good balance but he's useless. Threatened to close the credit card but bank is adamant. Is there any way to convert it to ltf?

Otherwise they won’t do it , better you can close the card , it’s a complete waste at that fees
should I downgrade to millenia or upgrade to Infinia ( if possible )
If you are ok with the fees then upgrading infinnia is better , but that is not a attractive card nowadays , better take Magnus or if you already have Magnus , take another Magnus in your family

Only take magnus if spends exceed 1L. Considering you are student I have serious doubts about 1L spend per month.
Also i would not suggest a student with magnus. It's a headache for points and mile calculations. If you really want the benefits of magnus. Don't try too much. Just spend and get the bonus 25000 points. That's it don't go for all that grabdeals and gyftr shit.
For Students time is very important.

Thank you very much for this reply sir. Seeing the posts in group I was getting fomo to get more and more credit cards and already was lacking bit in studies. I'd now put a full stop to it and focus on academics. Thank you so much

If I was OP I'd just switch to Magnus and continue to use it in place of DCB. Simply because Magnus gives you better value than DCB at every turn.

Upgrade to infinia if you are eligible, fees is lil high(12.5k) compared to DCB but you will get equivalent point.
You can consider standard charterd ultimate which give same 3.3% cashback for almost all spend at half the fees of DCB. Check their redemption catalog of vouchers.

Tried already with my DCB. Bank manager said it is not possible and as many pointed out only possible through Alumini offer.
Yes credit cards I am telling you with my personal experience aren't worth the time. I myself have taken a huge hit in my studies due to this. It takes up much of our concentration to credit score..miles . Wrong transaction and all shit. Just study and later you can enjoy the card.

Credit cards are actually not meant for students .
This rewards/cashback are just a kind of push sales from banks , they just want you to spend and particularly spend on things which you don’t want .
