How to Convert SBI BPCL Visa to SBI BPCL Rupay?

SBI CARD now stopped card network conversion from last 1-2 years. If anyone recently successfully converted card network on SBI CARD then tag me.

By the way SBI CARD now by default issue RuPay variant for new BPCL Platinum card apply holders.

@Abhishek012 Can we convert SBI Simply Save RuPay to SBI BPCL RuPay card? Simply Save RuPay has 100000 spend criteria while BPCL has 50000/ for fee waiver.Purpose regular UPI clubbed with Axis IOCL RuPay.
For Fuel I use IDFC Power+ and Axis IOCL only.

Yeh convert nahi, upgrade/downgrade hai.

Call SBI Card and ask.
