How to downgrade au bank platinum account

How do I downgrade au savings account ? I own au platinum account this one has MAB of 25,000 I would like to downgrade to one with 5000 or 2000 MAB

Visit the branch and tell them your issue they can downgrade to minimum 5k average balance account,
If they deny to do it then just comlplain in rbi portal about that,
They will come to your home to do so...
