After the CIBIL hit, the PNB credit card application was approved, but there has been no update since then.

Yes, and 2 days after the RBI complaint, PNB clowns emailed that they would provide an update, but no update has been provided.

I also have case pending from over 1.5 months.

No updates. Even the bank didn’t send any updates.

Mailed RBI and called the helpline. Their only response was that the case is in progress and they can’t share any further updates.
