How to find out Axis Customer without Bank Account

I am holding Axis Bank Card but i haven't account in Axis Bank. So I want know TP find my customer id. I sent message CUSTIDCC XXXX Last four digit my CC to 56161600, 5676782 but i don't received message from Axis Bank.
Anyone know how to find out my customer id ?

Goto nearest branch and u can get the customer id in just 5 mins

I tried login in on Axis mobile app using phone number and OTP and find my cust id there iirc.
But cust id is not required if you have mobile app tbh.
