I had applied for a axis airtel card today morning. Application was successful and showing in-principle approved. Now when I am going to do VKYC its not happening. Getting error "Some technical issue occurred, error code VKYC-007" This same thing is showing since morning. Can somehow advise me on how to proceed further. If I could get the application ID atleast i can try doing the VKYC using the generic "http://www.axisbank.com/vkyc" link
