How to get a Pre-approved CC Offer in ICICI Bank?

I have a account from past 4 months and I am getting pre approved bike loan of 1.5L but no Pre approved CC maybe because I am using there FD CC

HDFC Known for giving Pre-approved CC Offers. I have 50k limit CC Offer from HDFC but not taking because i want HDFC Millennia CC.

Possibly, but I am not aware of any set time period where everyone gets by default, like in the case of HDFC

Yup exactly, but I have seen 99% of the people I know get offers with HDFC even without too much of a balance maintained.
