I don't think so Amex provides ltf cards but you can get it at an discounted rate through others referrals.

Most people who say they have AMEX MRCC as LTF, probably have a higher variant amex card already with them , like platinum travel.

Amex has come up with occasional LTF Offers earlier. Thats how I got my MRCC. The criteria for LTF was a gross salary upwards of 1 Lac back in 2017.

They do. My 1st Amex (MRCC) is an unconditional LTF card.

Some Employees of Reliance got the Gold Charge Card as unconditional LTF about 5-6 years back.

Not exactly LTF but the easiest way is to get the Smartearn card. The annual spend waiver is just 40k, which I believe one can achieve easily.

I wanted MRCC and applied just couple days before ban and it was rejected unfortunately. since then I’m eagerly waiting to see unban on Amex.
